What our parents say...

quote mark

"I remember going in for my first parent-teacher interview at Gan Gani. Morah Basie described my daughter's personality exactly as I would. It was such a relief having that trust for someone caring for my little one."

Robin & Sagi Yaakov

“Joining Gan Gani is like joining a family and a community of friends that will stay with you well past your child's graduation...My child loved it so much she was upset school was out for the summer."

Shany and Ryan Gertzbein

" The programming is incredible. Gan Gani is such a loving, warm environment for the kids with lots of learning opportunities in different ways. The teachers are amazing. I am so thankful for this very enriching program."

GET INVOLVED AND STAY INVOLVED

At Gan Gani, we forge strong connections with our parents and families. Joining the Gan Gani family is joining a very special community. We involve families in special events at Holiday times and create memorable positive experiences for the children and their families to enjoy together. A private WhatsApp group enables families to connect with each other.

Parents are welcome to arrange a visit to our classroom and observe Gan Gani in action at times other than their child's birthday and Holiday celebrations. We also invite parents to share their hobbies, talents, and skills with our class. You can come to our school, or we will visit you at your place of work. In the past, we've visited a dental clinic and enjoyed a musical performance by Abba and Imma.

BIRTHDAYS

Children's birthdays are celebrated in school on the Friday closest to the day of birth - or on a Friday that is convenient for you. Birthdays that fall during the summer months are celebrated at a 'school birthday' sometime during the school year. Parents and Grandparents are invited to attend!

SCHOOL LIBRARY

Every Friday morning, there is a selection of Jewish children's books available for you to choose from and take home. Lending period is one week.

THE MITZVAH TREE

The Mitzvah Tree is an integral part of Gan Gani. Parents are asked to send in a note when their child does a mitzvah/good deed. Your note will be read to the class, added to our tree, and your child will become a Mitzvah Kid!

WE STAY IN TOUCH

We send out a weekly newsletter via email that contains a short description of our activities. We also post pictures regularly on our class WhatsApp group

Parent-Teacher Interviews are scheduled throughout the year, and we encourage all parents to attend.

If you have any concerns, please feel free to call the school at any time during the school year and we will arrange a meeting.
